IB Property Management's support staff is our most valued asset. We currently have part-time and full-time positions available for repair and maintenance.

• Position will be filled preferably by someone who can work independently but be part of our IB Property Management team
• Maintain property appearance and cleanliness
• Maintain property by investigating tenant's requests for repairs, inspecting vacant units and completing minor repairs
• Responsible for structural repairs, painting interior and exterior surfaces, using different materials
• Installation of trim, baseboard, and crown molding
• Skilled at hanging, finishing, and texturing drywall
• Any other skills related to commercial property maintenance
• Have to the ability to perform physical labor; bend, kneel, twist, reach, lift, stand, walk, push, pull, carry, climb a ladder, load and unload up to 75 pounds
• Must have own basic hand tools
• Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record for no less than 3 years
• Must have reliable transportation
• Must be able to work in any weather condition
• Must be able to follow instructions both verbal and written
• Must be able to perform clean up duties and make reasonable efforts to provide a safe, clean working environment (wood and dust are part of this and must be aware to keep clean)
• Smoking not allowed on job site
• Applicant must be at least 18 years of age
